1939, We Need To Talk About The Direction Of Kards.

Ok, ive been playing this game for about 3 years and when i started I always watched the OCCs and kards opens and such and it drew me into this game and was what made me better and love this game. My dream was and is to get into the competitive scene somehow. I've started streaming and have gotten to top 100 in seasons with my motivation being exactly that. It enables many of the biggest creators such as @strange coyote to help new and older players in and stay ingaged into the game; now kards is known for its community and if you go on the website it shows "ESPORTS" and prides itself in that as community is such a MASSIVE part of this game. The Point Is community and Esports are the gas of this game. Very Recently now 1939 has done some verry stupid things that directly contradict this. One being that they are cancelling the next 2 OCCs as of now.... This is HORRIBLE for this game. I know many competitive players that have switched to other games because of this to games like parallel which they say is an objectively worse game but it has its shit together in the competitive scene therefore there is a future for the game. I Understand that this is a buissness and needs money, but this is going to be a net loss and if this shit continues im Leaving this game as well as many others for a game that actually has a future for myself and the community. This is going to sound like a rant, and it is. its also constructive criticism because i love this game so much. please don't fuck it over like this.

So was Brother in arms came out in 28th June or July one of those but Winter war came and they got an Emote in here and than Covert was about to come out and it was a nearly a year from brother in arms came out and I had to made a suggestion for brother in arm to get emote and covert had a emote out to

I did the same thing for Blood and iron on d1 or d2 of it came out

Other thing is they need fix m24 chaffee, and fix a most of the Soviet elite I think with it

and fix some other cards that need reworking or fix than like commando raid and est

I think they should fix cards that don't see play only once in a blue moon in a meme deck

As far as I know, the comp players generally hate really rng stuff (me included). Random pools on good cards is exactly that kinda bs. Also kred cheats. So yes, the meta has been less and less liked by comp players (and apparently viewers as well, looking at broadcasting numbers).
But some of us still stuck around hoping for the best, even without dec occ, hoping things might shake out, but not anymore (some read the situation better than me tho and dipped earlier).

The video doesn't even cover everything, there's like 5 other things I remembered that have been continually going wrong

But that's something for someone else to cover or another day, they just give off the impression to not give as many fucks as they should overall

Anyways, about 10 hrs from now I'll start my last stream until kards comp is back (or I find another game to stream instead), to give away the rest of my codes. As a last gesture of sorts, I just don't want to waste em.

Very curious about the CN reaction to this as they seem to be generally more comp focused than the western community

Yeah, like scheduling of competitions in regards to balance changes etc.
But that's a comparatively small issue now.

Also, before this gets locked for "not having a suggestion", there is a clear one: bringing back comp. At which point it is more fruitful to talk about the depth of the issue.
