I think it's should be 8K or 7K not 9K why it's super late and I know that it's good in late game but you need to know when to play it and it's not good at 9K it's leaves you with 3K and I think 4K is better so you can move and attack with a tank or 2

I've heard people saying that this card is not for T-34 decks, it's for Sov-US ramp and elite Sov. 9k is fine for these decks.

This card is literally overpowered right now. One Reichsbank allows you to play it turn 4, and Soviets have multiple ways of healing and buffing the T-34s added. If anything, we need to increase the damage it deals to the HQ. There's no reason to not run this card on a Soviet deck

I would definitely say caution is needed when it comes to front formation
The card represents infinite value and a very strong late game all on it's own. Think to stuff like Yank in the past which could do a similar thing and ended up getting changed. This is overall cheaper to use and provide nearly infinite value as well
