Can you guys give me some suggestions to help me balance the card?

Nah, the allies would have destroyed any with bombing raids on factories and such, they’d probably never be able to build more than the 2 they tried building

Pretty sure that during testing there was a chance the tank would just blow up because the engine would detonate due to strain and blow up the ammo

I do agree German tanks were better than allied tanks (on paper). Even without the complete mechanical failures that the German tanks had, there just weren’t enough German tanks
The main issue was how expensive they were, and it would’ve been fine if they didn’t break down every few hours

I agree, but if you take out the mechanical issues they suffered they were generally better. The Panther for example had thicker armor, had a beefier gun, and was actually faster than both allied and soviet tanks. The main issue was it would break down constantly
The reason why the Sherman was good was because it was an all-rounder, the Germans made tanks for certain situations instead of standardizing on a single design

If the Germans standardized on a single all-rounder type tank, I wouldn’t say they would have won the war, but they would have had a better chance. And maybe also stop making Wunderwaffe, all those did was soak up resources that were needed elsewhere

I mentioned the Panther, not the KT, that tank was just a bad idea in general
The person who decided to greenlight that tank must’ve been tryna sabotage the war effort. The KT was a huge drain of resources and it wasn’t even good in the process, they should’ve stuck to the Tiger

However, when it’s given to a heavy tank, that already has high hp, damage, and also heavy armor. Adding guard, Salvage and Blitz to it is very strong
Would you rather actually play a heavy tank, or waste an entire turn and potentially throw the game for guard and blitz?
But it’s whenever you deploy a heavy a tank, so that lasts for the rest of the round
It’s not like contests doctrine or anything, 12k cost means you are holding off until after turn 12 to play any heavy units

And ramp has much better options than German heavy tanks
The only one that could potentially be broken is the panther that deals equal damage to the enemy hq

That’s the point- make a dull card that’s soley tied to a gimmick

Even if you played 4 German heavy tanks, that’s still costing you ~10k a tank. Sure it may not be all at once, but there are much stronger high cost orders

That’s still very powerful, an 8/8 tank with heavy armor 2, cannot be pinned, blitz, guard and salvage is too much
They also all have enough op cost to damage the hq unless you have extra credit slots, and played nothing else

And of course it’s a threat if you don’t have a counter. That applies to all heavy tanks. Of course you can move and attack the same Turn in exchange for doing nothing for an entire turn
I didn’t specify because I don’t think other nations have ‘light’ and ‘heavy’ tanks as they are not keywords in other nation’s cards yet
But yes, this would apply only to German tanks
