from the text, it looks like for the rest of the battle it gives + 2 + 2 to a covert unit when it is revealed. The amount of covert units does not change the buff.

Perhaps make it more conditional? If a unit has been covert for 2-3 turns or more, give it +2/+2 when revealed
2 might be too short, but maybe 3 might be too long... not to mention you're kind of telegraphing what you're doing. Presses the opponent to respond and do something, lest you get that +2/+2

Convert units get a lot of value if they stay on the board or if a bad trade is made into them as you don't know what card your trading into this card not only gives absurd stats but stems their main weakness/ counterplay
