Full transparency on what % of the crate is filled when recyling, hitting a Nat Progress Level etc would also be very nice.

Hypothetically, if this were to be implemented, would 15 (standard) 30 (limited) 45 (special) 60 (elite) gold be acceptable as a price for recycling a reserved card into a wildcard?

Probably. There should also be a choice to recycle for crate advancement, or wildcards.

Funny enough deck stealing was something someone brought up in suggestions way before (and it was received poorly even then but not as poorly as on release).
Or when crate came out some complained it was too easy. Now they wanted it to have more rewards to grind, but it just got way griendier instead

After some deliberation, I do agree that the current recycling is not enough and this would be a good way to save it.
Now, unlike some of u, I don't think having two systems is a good idea, bc that would just make things clunky and that could easily result in dissatisfied players bc of extra or missed clicks, "I didn'T know there was another", "I thought it was both" etc. But this idea seems good enough to let go of the only way to use unwanted wildcards for. (Currently, in the case of having all standards for e.g. u can burn the useless wilds by recycling and recrafting reserved cards to get a better crate, so situationally, u can use this to get some better wildcards etc.)

The presented numbers r too low.
After all, the expansion offers r an important source of income that helps the game running (the servers up, the metas changing) etc. So even though an extra way to get new cards sounds good, we can't have the price too low.
Now, the most reasonable figures I came up with basically treat the reserved cards at half price. And it would be 40 gold for standard, 60 for limited, 80 for special and 100 for elite.
(With these numbers, if u were to recycle cards, u'd have to spend just slightly over half for a full expansion compared to what it would cost on an avarage luck to open it from packs, which seems reasonable for me especially considering the pick and choose aspect of the matter.)
While ur numbers will put it almost at 1/4th which seems really low to me.
