A version, which turns the back from samurai to bomber:
I followed the logic of the B-17 a bit, 5/5 plus an ability (death from above) whose order is worth 4k, in sum we get a 9k unit with heavy armor.
In this case the heavy armor is offset by +1 attack.
So 3+1/3 plus a ability whose order is worth 6k, we obtain a unit with a cost of 9k that justifies its elite rarity with an extra skill that can be applied with a condition (Remembering that there are very powerful cards that, however, do not have a great cost per its conditions).

Ok, remember that when an order becomes a unit, its rarity generally increases because there is a double utility. So from above it is limited while B-17 special. So this card, the samurai sword is special and this elite card.

Furthermor, 262 cannot destroy a Tiger or heavy infantry, variety comes at a cost. Third, 262 does not have the possibility of attacking in the same turn that it is deployed.
adding is not the same as deploying XD, because in the end, doing all the action costs 11k
Do the math, compare cards well, otherwise you will end up like 1939 with cards that with 2k you can destroy anything.
this card basically follows the logic of b-17 and that card is fair.
Sorry, I'm just upset that cards are coming that negate trading power, table top, and powerful units.
Honestly, this is what hard removal with a body should be, like Decima this thing have horrid stats but it has just enough umph to make it pretty cool imo
decima's stats are fine for its powerful ability
its 5k human torpedo
+3k reverse toyama
It is and this is very comparable to that, thats why i like it
