Wellington currently enjoys a 2 kredit discount when drawn from hand by cards such as Convoy, Sincerely Yours, etc. This should not be the case since the card text states that "If in your hand, this unit costs 2 less each time you give an order."
Since Wellington cannot be in your hand when you draw it, and since the card that drew it was played before Wellington was in hand. it should not receive the kredit reduction. Please fix.

The stupid thing is they "bugfixed" sickle to stop discounting 34th guards when drawn by it

There are a lot of examples of things that don't make sense related to this.
Like the 4/7 poland guy that makes the 2/2 when you play an Intel card. Somehow it gets created and is given +1/+1 by the same intel card.

I accept that if they want something to work a particular way that it's up to them. My issue is with card text that implies something other than what it is or near identical texts on cards where one gets special treatment and one does not. i.e. Wellington/34th Guards.

the technical reason is probably because with Wellington, the card is drawn and considered in hand before the order finishes resolving, so therefore Wellington is reduced. With Bloody Sickle, "Deal 1 damage" is in a seperate sentence from "Draw a card" so the damage to your HQ is dealt and resolved before 34th enters your hand

I suspect they changed 34th Guards because it's arguably more impactful, being that you can have 4 x 6/6 big boys as opposed to 1 4/3 bomber with 3 op cost. But what do I know?
