I guess I've been the only person ever to include it in my early Pincer deck and I know why. The mechanic is pretty cool, if you manage to play it. But the way Pincer decks work now - hella fast, because they get suppressed anyway - there is hardly any chance to play that card and have 4 Pincer units on board in the same turn. Its cost should be reduced to like 7 or 8.
And while we are at it - Bypass is a very fun deck type. It's pretty slow though. I kinda wish its cost would be reduced to 4 or deal damage to an enemy, kinda like that bomber order that deals 5 damage, but with tanks instead.

I’d just rework it entirely
or maybe keep the 4+ active pincer but change the effect
i also use it and think the same, it doesnt really win you the game like CW would, skipping the enemy only seems good on paper but reworking it to make it a reliable option for making a comeback would make it interesting and a fun twist to games as rn you need board presence to use it in the first place and even then its not outstanding
4+ is the main problem. Even if u switch the effect, with how pincer decks currently look, it would still leave protect the pocket as a win more card, which is the core problem with it.

exactly, should be fair to be a stronger lend lease version, since it is special with a bonus, if you actually pull it off
if we wanna buff big German draw I think 7k Gathering Storm would be more interesting 🤔

I’ve tried to pull it off a few times but by the time I’ve got the kredits to have a go at it either I’ve already won or half my pincered units have been destroyed leaving the field full of non pincered crap. I have never once gotten to play this card to it’s full effect, it’s more of just a 10k draw 4 cards
It actually won me a game once, but that was pre-suppress era; the card is hilarious, especially if you draw into the second one
I would say reduce the cost by 2 and change draw 4 cards to give all friendly units +4 defense
or +2+2 better cuz ur skipping enemy turn right, so just adding defense means u cant really capitalize on the turn skipped, maybe +3+1 but that could be too strong
If you run Germany/Japan you can essentially skip the enemy turn with Elusive Force and U-48 for a whopping 5 kredits. You could even pop a Stealth Mission for 3 more to get to draw 3 + 6 extra kredits on your next turn.

Eh no, Lend-Lease has to enter the reserve pool, I'm not sure you should make a stronger version of it
I think the problem of "protect the pocket" is that it stuffed too much effects in one card which stack its kredit cost so high that it become practically unusable
Perhaps we can start with a more humble model like HX 175, and forget fancy effects like "skipping a round" which may never come to realize

let's only preserve the basic effect of drawing cards, with the precondition of certain number of pincered units on your board, then we can have a pretty practical card
It can be like a 2k order, "draw one card. if you control 2 pincer units, draw 2 cards." this can be really useful for pincer deck.
or we can just preserve the skip turn effect, and reduce its credit cost to somewhere around 5k, then we write the description like this: "draw a card; if you control four pincer units, the enemy skip their next turn."
