its basically a free move for your tanks so thats pretty strong
retreat is nice
i dont think the retreat after much as this would be used for the retreat or as a finisher

Without any units this is basically a Churchill avre but you can send a frontline unit to hand as well, which is pretty good so 6k is def warranted
