#2 Brit Air Changes

I'd just like to suggest a couple changes to Brit Air to make losing to it feel slightly more fair. Please note I'm not suggesting every nerf should take place together as you'd risk overnerfing, but instead just offering some potential points to touch up on.

Empire Strikes - while undoubtedly an incredibly powerful AoE tool, it doubles as a potential burn spell to find lethal from hand, my suggestion is it only hitting units and no longer burning enemy HQ as well as it simply does too much atm imo.

Close Air Support - Adjusting close Air support is a frequent suggestion and I'm not fully convinced it's the right focus point got nerfing Brit Air. One of the main nerfs I see suggested is to make it 2k, instead I offer an alternative which is for the card to only buff attack damage and not add any defence values, this way Brit air can still be a very aggressive deck with out the 4 or 5 hp early game bombers we've come to expect. I imagine this suggestion will be less popular how ever I feel it more important to add extra perspectives and ideas instead of copying previously suggested nerfs.

Newer player but I think these are great suggestions! Empire Strikes is definitely OP and this makes it less so while still retaining most of it's value.

Close Air Support is also OP (potential +1/+1 on 3 units for just a 1K card). I prefer this idea vs. simply upping the cost to 2K. Maintaining aggression for Brit but keeping the ability for counter play by the opponent reasonable.

I don’t mind that cas change. Air would be a pretty low tier deck for a while but that’s honestly fine. Then they’ll be able to print support for Brit air without making the deck tier 0 when they do

I actually think 2k CAS would be better than 1k only buff attack in the current internation of air but I would much rather either over not changing it

Cas should Buff an air unit and adjacent ground units, as the name implies

The Empire strikes hitting HQ, is beyond annoying and should definitely be taken away

i think CAS should only affect adjacent units and not the targetted unit

yall have seen jking's "testing" right? where he tries brit air deck without cas and stuff to see if it still is strong or not

Ii agree with the adjacent change, ive been saying that for a while and I think its a fair nerf and also makes more sense in terms of flavor
