Finest Hour is mostly used in combination with non-blitz planes to deal damage from hand. You deploy the non-blitz plane and slap Finest Hour on it, enabling you to attack with it the turn it comes into play. It used to be a Brit Air staple not so long ago.

Fury on a order is a very dangerous thing that enables easy one turn kills.

There's a reason only a single such card exists in the game.

Finest Hour did just get nerfed (perhaps harder than needed), but blitz is an awesome keyword on almost any unit.
