Trouble with high notes.

You can mainly hear it in the Beartooth cover. I struggle a lot. It's very painful after long periods of times and sometime my throat gets really sore.

girl i wouldnt stress abt it too much, my vocal range is literally high notes and my jaw and throat still hurt whenever i hit them.
but i think its bc i sing the same notes too many times.
if ur doing too many takes of the same song with notes that are already straining ur vocal vords then ur gonna have pain afterwards

You need more control. Right now it's all over the place. Too shouty can be just unpleasant.

I would learn to fry scream which seems like what you're trying to do but its just rattling shit around in your throat
