I really want to start making my own songs but i dont really know how should i start. i dont know if i should follow certain rules or not. I dont know how all these song-writers do this.

yes. I am the exact same way. just make stuff.
its gonna sound horrible at first but if you do it more you'll get way better. THERE ARE NO RULES TO MUSIC, also don't get stuck up on theory like I did. I thought theory is the best way to make great songs when its just a guideline to tell you why certain songs sound good, not how to make a great song
Maybe try making a melody with an instrument of your choice. Try figuring out your favorite song's melodies or chord progressions and try and make a new melody over those chord progressions
