Vibrato is difficult for me

I’ve watched a ton of videos to learn how to do vibrato but when I try to switch between notes and stuff it just all ends up in one singular note, how do I improve?

Nowhere near that drastic. You stay within the confines of the note, just modulating a few cents up and down from center. It’s literally just vibrating in place, not going to another note.

If your vibrato is escaping the bounds of the note it’s way too big

Simply pick a note in your speaking range and hold it. Stay as relaxed as possible and slowly push more air. Somewhere you will find it will naturally start to vibrato
