how can i fix my voice

i’ve tried everything from resonance to tongue placement but it doesn’t work, i desperately want to make covers but the way my voice is muffled it just makes things sound really bad quality, i hate it so bad i’ve cried over it the past four nights and i just don’t know how to fix it (in this clip i wasn’t even singing into a mic this is from my camera not connected to anything)

One thing I could say bc I struggled with it for a bit is confidence in your projection

I’m not saying to like belt everything either bc softer styles exist too obviously lmao

As Madi said, it's a confidence/projection thing. That's your roadblock.

But also the mic. Do not underestimate how bad a shitty mic can make you sound.

your vocal color is gorgeous and so pretty, I think you should try to make it a tad bit louder and add more breath in it to add more texture

Sounds like Ur belting but it's very thin maybe try using Ur head voice or mix voice
