Naturally, your internal tone sounds lower than what you actually sound like to others. Your voice tends to carry a higher frequency when portrayed through space. (Being out of your body) So, that is why some folks don't like hearing themselves speak. You sound differently (slightly higher on average).

how did u manage to sing confedently when hearing ur voice at the same time

cause i thought i could sing good and felt good but ehen i heard it it wasnt sounding that good

I still don't think I sound good! And I started recording myself years ago.
It takes time, effort, and being uncomfortable. That's the biggest one, it's okay to be uncomfortable when you sing. You need to put in time and effort to move past that uncomfortable feeling, and truly grow as a singer.
