Is it wise to base your project on TES3MP (based on OpenMW 0.47) and not modern engine version?

Because, well, OpenMW .47 is ancient at this point. And TES3MP is hardly compatible with our current tech

This is based on the latest Git 0.52

It adds TESMP to it and changes out crabnet for GNS

#

I told her she would love Morrowind

then my brother and I got to talking about wanting to play it and so I went and seen if there was a modern morrowind multiplayer project

Sure even TES3MP was there but it hadnt been updated in ages and I just assumed it was abandoned

So I started working on getting it working with the latest OpenMW
