That's super neat

I like the idea, when it comes to farming sims/RPGs I still think of Harvest Moon or Stardew Valley.

#

It would need more visual/audio flourishes to "feel" good but nice that at least the basics are working.

I suggest either a bespoke, streamlined GUI for the planting interface or allowing the seeds to be equipped and used like an item.

Or one that won't be "thrown" in the first place unless it's a valid target (think Minecraft planting)

#

The main reason it's usually preferred to do it this way is that it makes the user experience more "diegetic," as in taking place in the world as much as possible rather than another menu

Of course since the Morrowind hotbar is less convenient than the Minecraft hotbar you might need to go through the inventory menu to "equip" it anyway...

#

Having the clods and seedlings not just blink in and out of existence would go a long way to making it feel legit and not a moddy thing, I suggest something like a dirt particle effect to mask it

How hardcoded is this for Morrowind things?

thats a weird sounding question, are you asking because you want to know if it will support other seeds, tools and landscapes that have been modded in? or... are you asking to see if a morrowind mod will support a game thats not morrowind?

I guess the former as I’m curious what I’d have to do to make it work with StarWind

#

I think it might work well with this new list I’m working on since getting food is kind of a problem

#

Also it only uses the quasi exteriors like tribunal does
