Yes I make AI generated art along with hand drawn vectors.
I also create music from scratch. If I made strictly game assets I would make that known. I have two links inside this post that leads to more information regarding what I do.

@jaunty musk I respect that but I do not feel the need to express in every single post about the tools that I use to create my art with. I do not see this from traditional artists and it shouldn't be expected from everyone.

Didn't intend to presume bad intentions, but everyone isn't aware of what AI art is yet, hence it can be confusing for some people who would think everything is hand made in this kind of post

I do think the issue is with the datasets that get used to train the AI

The artists involved with some datasets are not credited and that makes some AI use illegal

TheTruth, I didn't want to comment on this post in any sort of way, but seeing the way you handled it makes me very angry ngl.
First of all, comparing visual scripting to AI art is the stupidest thing ever, apologies to say it like that.
Visual scripting is still coding, you still need the skill and time, it takes a good while to practice, understand, learn, etc..
This system is used by people who might not have the strongest capabilities when it comes to written code. HOWEVER, visual scripting IS STILL scripting/ coding. You need to fully understand the basics of normal written code (like variables, loops, etc..) to be able to do it. If you have zero grasp on these thing, no matter what you choose (visual or written), you won't be able to do anything.
Plus, visual scripting is very much COBOL, just less cryptic lol

Do you even understand the term? Creative expression means that an artist draws their feelings and soul into the art. Not generate images..
Heck, you even mentioned that selling AI art can be illegal since it steals copyrighted work. If you know this as a fact, why even like.. do it? You know it can get you in troubles, right?

I don't mind AI art, as long as it is used correctly. Generating a thing and selling it raw as it is, imo, is super bad

If I were to use AI in my work, it would be to generate prompts for inspiration or generate images I could use as reference, if I really can't find what I want exactly.

Instead of arguing, trying to guilt trip people or whatever. Just simply take down the post. Make a new one with your actual art, whether or not it is inspired by AI art. This would be as relaxing to you as everyone else.

Let me remind you of a point I made

you know it can get you in troubles, right?

As much as it could get you in troubles, if you happen to be a ghost artist where your credits isn't that obvious, the people who bought the thing could face so many issues because of you.

Legal stuff isn't as easy as you think, especially with ownership

Making someone buy your work that is made using AI means that it could very much make them unable to sell the product safely..
Aka, a super scummy behavior of you gaining money and the person who wanted to use it after buying the "rights" can't

Stop trying to act like a massive victim, it won't make you gain anything.

More on the legal stuff, things aren't as easy as it seems, man.

And when you say you know you might be selling something illegal, I don't think discord, nor the mods here would be super happy knowing that.
