problem is that the screenshot is from a regular mining mission, meaning that there were three random spawns, presumably in quick succession (since they aren't damaged), all the same dreadnaught. three random spawns is possible (personal experience, but in a haz5 400 mork), but quick succession and same dreadnaught is pretty unlikely

Crassus detonator do not spawn

They are generated with the level, just like machine events or BET-C, and there can never be more than one found within the same mission.
So you're either remembering wrong or someone was cheating/using mods. That's all.
