A good setup for an early epc is actually 12323, when you get it

Provided of course that: Every single tap fired shot is timed properly to have a miniscule delay (Micro delay to not match the firing rate, because then that'd be automatic regardless of tapping)

At a 7 fire rate I'm assuming that means I can tap fire 6 shots a second to stay below the 7 second automatic fire (If I'm even quick enough to do that in combat)

Yes, you see I have this perfect weapon I call the "Fat Boy", which is a Driller who, for some reason, feels inexplicably drawn to throwing bricks of C4 at my head. I've learned to take advantage of this by baiting out the C4 into the path of oncoming enemies.

I don't know why he does this as I am an Engineer and not a Scout, but we Engineers find practical solutions to everyday problems in whatever shape they take.

I think what happened there is they were loading into the mission as you joined, which caused it to just pick the character you were in the rig (scout).
It also broke the overlay at the same time.
