Before learning of the bug. I used taserbolts to lock down large bugs.
One bolt in the bug slows it and applies shock (obviously). Which pairs well with bullets of mercy for the 1st main weapon. And a second bolt to the floor to leash the bug and slow it down even more.
Also works on locking down dreadnoughts.

what about something like a large, credit-based mother of pearl? it could use a similar design to the bittergem/jadis, with the enor pearls' matte glow, but in multicolor.

an oval/disk shape would work well too.

im just not 100% sure what biome would allow for this other than the ones where the pearls naturally grow -- if they are pearls

in addition to this, i would love to see some of the crystal formations having some kind of value. rainbow moonstone (though i don't think it grows in those spikes) in particular only fluoresces if light is hitting it at the proper angle -- i think that would be a really cool concept worth exploring that would also make some of the crystal biomes more fun to navigate. sometimes they generate in such a way where it's impossible not to cut through them while still hiding tiny prizes in the back.

Always try things out i found the bruning hell of the minigun when i first thought it would be weak and now its my go to OC. Try new builds on 1 or 2 hazards lower than your usual prefered one and look how good or bad it is for you. Trying to make new builds is half the fun.

Just build it with explosive rounds neurotoxin and 2x ammo mods and tier one id say reload speed

Accuracy dosent really matter with that overclock

But if u really want it you could go for that and use the fact that magic bullets is glitched and weakspot hits also make bullets bounce

Holy hell, this mission was almost like an action movie;

1 - Arbalest and Lacerator Twins dreadnought fight

2 - Arbalest sneaks away somehow and triggers a nearby egg, releasing a regular Dreadnought; we had 3 DREADNOUGHTS TO FIGHT AT THE SAME TIME

3 - We all run out of ammo twice in the same fight (the second time was as soon as Lacerator went down)

4 - In the distance, we hear glitchy dwarven voices as a Nemesis shows up roughly 10 seconds before the Arbalest goes down

5 - I was completely out of ammo, so i run away looking for nitra as we were running very low for the third time.

6 - Our fourth abandons the mission, only for a new scout with full ammo to arrive.

7 - we juggle the dreadnought and the Nemesis while we search for nitra.

8 - Driller takes down the Nemesis with help from Gunner, whilst Scout and I get nitra.

9 - We resupply and take down the dreadnought we've been juggling for forever before popping the last cocoon and it just so happened to be the twins again!

10 - We struggle to take them down as we fought in the same battle-scarred arena as it was the only place we thought of in the heat of the moment.

11 - We scramble for what felt like hours; reviving each other and shooting at the twins. Eventually, they do in fact go down.

12 - We run to the drop pod, which spawned in the worst place possible (on a tiny string of rocks high up in the cave.)

13 - There were 2 minutes left on the countdown and we we were all on slivers of health and running dry on ammo, knowing fully well that my team wouldn't survive without my sacrifice. And so I rush out of the pod and down the zipline whilst Driller was far behind and I start pickaxing anything and everything that was hostile. I went down a fighter and a hero, for the sake of my team.

14- MISSION COMPLETED

Had one of the strangest Crystalline Caverns matches with a friend last night. The cave was really unusually spacey and open for that biome, it was filled with crystal pillars that made it near impossible to navigate or spot much of any resources, I even had to mine one of them to expose a Core Infuser that spawned inside of it.
