I just looked up the skins. @bronze river is close, but not quite.
It is the MK3 for engy armor but the paintjob is not Teachers Pet. TP legs 'inner half' is yellow, and the red more tomato bright.
Going through all the paintjobs (including DLC) with that MK3 armor shows the pic of the trailer is actually no openly released paintjob.
