Yesterday I had a mission where there was about 20 nitra generated naturally on the walls of the level.
So I had to scourge the rest of it from loot bugs while running from a swarm during a sandstorm. I eventually got a single resupply and had to make due with it.
There were like 6 mactera grabbers in a row at one point when I was trying to build the pipeline solo.
I actually thought it was bugged since I'd kill one and another one would immediately spawn and stop me from building the pipeline.
One time a player joined and left soon after which then bugged out Bosco so that he wouldn't respawn, so there was a section of the mission that I was playing solo without Bosco.

just had a run where doretta basically almost died the first refuel phase due to high ceiling acids and a detonator, but we managed to pull thru in the end

They can get bigger, like... a lot bigger. I'm not necessarily a veteran but I did come across a cave on Escort and it was so big that ceiling leeches took like a couple minutes to reach down. It was like 400m long and 200m wide. Just going off of memory with those numbers. But it was huge.
