A column with a header with "PE" just means I did a pareto efficent analysis. for example, finding on average the relationship for how much total damage you need to give up to increase your total number of shots by X amount, and comparing the expected value of that relationship to the actual
so if that value is low, it means you didn't get that much "total damage" for how much "total ammo" you lost,
%pgk refers to the percentage of pellets that kills a grunt (with the fire mod)

tldr: go ammo damage on Special powder, don't go jumbo ammo damage or compact ammo shells, or especially stuffed ammo shells -- as there are other combinations of OC/mods that do similar things more efficently
