my best theory on what happened here is that the rock cracker pods somehow failed to spawn in, so the meteor was automatically broken open so that you would still get the plaguehearts

• first half of mission went well
• on the second half, someone joined, immediately left and stole my bosco
• closer to the end, I ran out of ammo mid swarm and had no nitra to restock (later found a lucky nitra deposit)
• my computer decided to kill my fps for seemingly no reason (60 => 15 fps), and I had to lower my graphics
• still managed to clear all secondary objectives and get out with feeling of accomplishment

that was challenging and painful, but this is probably my favorite run ever

Ice Spear is good for crazy single target damage buts guzzles ammo. Ice storm turns the cryo cannon into a freezing face melter. Excellent crowd control that actually finishes off grunts by itself. It just can't fire for too long and has less ammo. I personally run Ice Storm.

Aquarq, Golden bugs, and parasites/or swarmageddon . That's it. Then just keep killing for as long as you can then call the drop pod and dip. Aquarq missions scale in swarm difficulty the longer you stay in the mission = more bugs, and the bugs have parasites, more bugs and parasites = more gold. (DISCLAIMER: the only issue with this strategy is nitra will run out over time for resupplys, and you will run out of ammo)

Last but not least, the Gunner. I'm definitively gonna ruffle some leathers, but its my least favorite class.

Its definitively useful, especially the shield, and I got to admit it kind of cures my poor ammunition efficiency. Not to mention the Lead Storm Minigun and BRT-7 burst pistol are staggeringly amusing guns, but it doesn't really make me a full time Gunner main the same way even the Engineer does.

The fact its zipline cant be leveraged for aggressive mobility like platforms and drills can to mitigate no longer being a Scout main probably has something to do with this. Regardless, I still suited up my 3 gunners to look like they are sent exclusively to reprimand any employees found drinking Leaf Lover Specials. Which yes, is a bigger threat than any Dreadnoughts in town.
