Hoping it turns out, 'cause I haven't switch my perks around in a couple hundred hours. Iron will, dash, deep pockets, vampire, then either born ready or resupplier, on all my classes.

When I first started I used thorns, but as you move up in hazard the cooldown on it makes it too slow to deal with heavier packs of swarmers.
