It is definitely usable, but the problem with coil gun is that overcloakless or with most of its overcloaks it doesn't really fulfill gunner's needs, BUT with hellfire overcloak it becomes an absolute beast, so can be considered best in slot with that overcloak

It's just that bulldog has more flexibility in its good builds with or without ocs

Often because promotions and level aren't great metrics for skill. I don't promote often but I'm quite competent at the game. I'm around lvl 30 with most of my classes having 1 promotions but I run haz 5 and 4 often. It's not a great metric for skill

So something interesting happened while I was playing a Deep Dive with a korean guy (engineer) and a chinese (?) (scout) guy. When we were ready to call the drop pod, the Scout was pinging the ground like a lot of times. I presumed he wanted me to dig down, so I did. I thought he was making me drill a tunnel for the team to a bigger, open space for us to get to the drop pod easier, but he still kept pinging the ground for us to dig down. Eventually we made a small room, the Scout stopped pinging and called the drop pod and...somehow, the drop pod's spawning point was right next to us. It was some miracle because we didn't have to spend extra time to drill thru the drop pod, it just spawned right next to us

I didn't understand what he was saying most of the time, but he knows something that me and engie don't

When you create a room and block off the entrance, making sure you have the mule inside, the drop pod will be forced to spawn in that room
So if the engi blocked off the entrance, that's probably what happened

second you get DLC sets from buying DLCs in steam.
3rd you can forge them once aquired through matrix core events, or from lost equipment bag if you find one, or from doing class promotions.
