Not to take away from the work you've already put into the creatures which I think overall are very good adaptations, I just suggest to keep the player's enjoyment in mind with some of the choices.

I only worry that players will not have as good of a reaction to the singular mechanic out of many more good ones.

I don't like selling files for two big reasons, one they usually are just modified files extracted from the game (although some times it takes me over 10h to modify them for printing) so they belong to GSG, the second is that we never really have control of 3d files, someone could put them for free on another website or resell them and I will have no legal mean to shut it down.
The Stubby is still somewhere on my to-do list but I had quite a lot of commissions lately and I want to finish the PGL by adding some gribblies, charms and a custom made display with arduino controlled lights and other neat stuff, so the stubby is sadly after that big project.

Actually no. Food grade plastic does not mean anything if the whole manufacturing process is not food safe (like your nozzle and heater, completely unsafe). And the finished printed model has still a lot of layer lines where bacterias will developp over time.
I would not recommend to use it as it, but you do you.

Another solution if you really want to be able to use it for beer food, is to give a full covering with a food grade resin. Be absolutely certain that there are no cracks or little pockets of air though.

Speaking of references, just take a photo of yourself or someone if you can't find the proper one.
I do this sometimes, and it's extremely helpful and saves a lot of time instead of looking all over the internet for that one pose or angle.

Personally, I think that the current pose is the best. The hands would create unnesessary visual noise above the dwarves group and steal attention from them. They are already visually complex.

Now the dwarves have a simple and neat background that doesn't interfere and allows them to stand out.

yea that makes a lot of sense. plan on using it with Druid's Conjure Animal so I could make a CR1 base Grunt and they can summon 2 of them to really utilize Pack Tactics

ohhh I really like the last stand, berserker idea. Maybe make it where if he goes down he can use last stand on his next turn instead of rolling a saving throw and be invincible for 1 round, but can only attack (with some kind of enraged buff) then will go back unconscious with 2 failed death saving throws unless someone else heals him during that turn.

I just did some stupid math... the gunner carries 2000 rounds of depleted uranium... rifle rounds? something like that

assuming those rounds are 7.62-like (I had to figure out what a DU 7.62 would weigh since no DU rounds exist smaller than 20mm autocannon rounds irl) each round weighs about 32 grams

2000 rounds of that means 64 friggin kilograms

so that gun of his weighs at least 141 pounds, from just the ammo

Oh I think I get how your going about it but correct me if I'm wrong.
Your setting it up the be 3D printed right? So the mesh will have to be exploded at some point so it's printable?
As for the measurements, not sure what to say, is there anything on the wiki or that other fans have dug up hinting at the size you could then compare to a real world example?
Might be a poor suggestion but you know the minecraft toy pickaxe that can swap into a sword? Could that be a rough approximation for scale?

yea, its in fusion 360 so i have multiple bodies (groups of meshes?)

right now its like 425mm long 318mm wide

this is how itll look split

pvc pipe down the middle and dowel/pvc slots for the blades so there will be support and durability. I will try and get it partially friction fit
