Instead of just taking a string and editing it you have to find it via "search and replace", un-check all other translations with the same word, so you don't accidently replace it, and then it will be redacted without creating a new suggestion.

we are also looking into other ways to get Patch notes into the game, so it isn't Update depented, but that also requires a different approach to crowdin

I translated whole patch notes, then it said there's 1 more row in original text. I added 1 \r in the end - it didn't see. Mb I did smth wrong, but then page suddenly refreshed and my work is gone. I had time to copy it and when I wanted to paste it back I missed button and pressed ctrl-c. 😦

Some guy was translating at the same time with me, but his translations are really bad. He makes syntactic errors almost in every sentence, he even managed to misspell 'engineer'. Missed context when translated burst as explosion for BRT7 stun mod. And most wtf translation was when I pick Triple Filtered Fuel and in stats heat bonus was translated as 'Throw bonus'
So I corrected most of his work, it took a lot of time

But they are very incorrect, so you would have to make your own translations from the english instead. That's the problem with really bad translations - it's better to throw them away completely because they are ill-written from the start.
