Supporters DLC with barrel armor is a great thing to add since steam had it as a joke but never showed up in released update

Plus barrel armor doesn’t affect gameplay at all it’s only cosmetic

@violet roost Yeah... it's a problem for myself and everyone I know on the windows version at the moment. I don't think there's much we can do besides wait for it to get fixed up. I have found that I have better luck getting a mission done if it's not in Magma Core or Crystalline Caverns, but even when avoiding those biomes I've still had problems

Crystalline Caverns really only seems to be a problem when it has electric crystals. When those don't spawn Crystalline Caverns usually works fine

@foggy basalt i asked the devs this and they said there isnt a way at this time, but a member contacted me and said if you launch the experimental version on steam you get a new terminal which gives you the ability to unlock ANYTHING
so you could bring yourself up to speed

I’m giving my honest opinion and I’m turning people away from this game since they ask me what I think of this game and I say it’s great except for game crashes since most of my friends I have on Xbox are pc players. They don’t wanna buy from steam

You have to have the armor equipped though, if you switch off of it you cannot reselect it. Supporter beer, icon, name color doesn't work though.

ive tried everything i could do it has to be the game since one of the coders said windows build is not where they want it to be and i understand since ive been playing on steam version and that is better on QA and its more stable then microsoft version. microsoft needs to change some policies on updates for bugfixes for games

I am currently submitting an Xbox and Windows Store update to Microsoft for certification.

It should fix the salute bug, the uncolored Laserpointer marks and hopefully decrease the amount of crashes you've dealt with over the holidays. However, the missing audio bug for the Windows Store version is unfortunately still present.

If everything goes according to plan, it will be live for you to download later today.

Suggestion for both steam and Microsoft version. Have customers take a simple survey asking what overclock they would like to be in game. Try disabling or enabling auto switch after grappling as the host.

#

Had someone complain about it yesterday and I disabled it in-mission as host and they were fine afterwards.

#

It isn't a ping issue afaik since the majority of people who have it in my lobby had about 11 displayed ping and all have said that they experienced it in other low ping sessions. I had auto switch enabled in every instance.

#

But, yeah, could be packet issues but that means every host from above have issues with it.

The issue I seems to be having is that when I start mining my official Xbox One controller wont stop vibrating. I am using controller to play. Steam says this game has full controller support. we either need more ways to get blank cores or lower the limit of machine events coming in missions

i know someone who has about 12 blank cores because machine events dont spawn that much for him on xbox but on windows build ive gotten like 6 in a row

weekly resets and i get all blank matrix cores and then boom same day they are all gone ive had machine events spawn on mission 1 of weekly core hunt trying to earn a blank matrix core

this is from a reddit post. I love grinding out missions, and every time I see one of the machine events. . and I have nothing to put in them, it feels crushing, like a missed opportunity. And with only 3 blank cores a week, I see way more machine events that I can even earn. And that feels very stupid.

Game should at least detect that a player left, if they rejoin then still let them progress, like if that was a thing it would be less frustrating, but as soon as one or both crash, I have to quit the level

Also on Xbox myself, can't say I've noticed too many issues, maybe the odd frame drop when too much is happening, but overall it seems fine, just wish I could turn of Controller Vibration to save my precious batteries
