In that game game dragons usually chill in one spot. While landed they are immune to arrows since scales block them. They are basically neutral hazards. They will never attack your base or move anywhere but breathe fire to anyone passes by. Actual trained unit dragon is avaible to all 3 factions. Game gives voiceline of "the enemy is hatching an dragon egg" which if you dont prepare your castle with archers and harpoons soon. You basically lose the game because dragon is immune to melee by flying and his breathe starts fire. Game has realistic fire system where entire castle goes down and everyone dies, unless building is entirely made of stone (such as stone walls or churches). Good and Evil faction has same functional dragons, difference is Good is green and Evil is black. Ice faction has an unique ice dragon which its breathe perma stuns enemies in space frozen as long it breathes ice. But can't do any damage to structures.
