My life changed few years back massively, i got my life back, and then i started traveling and that improved my life even more. Now I really enjoy life...

Turkeys roads arent designed to stop snow. Specific underbridge-like roads/ramps dunno whats called, gets submerged when snow melts because all water stored in lowest spot. And it ends up people stuck in traffic over 13 hours

I think itā€™s a bit more simpler than that. Arthropods donā€™t have a closed circulatory system like we do. What that means is our blood is confined to blood vessels and arteries.

In arthropods, their organs are essentially bathing in blood.

Why does this matter? Arthropods, in basic terms, use hydraulics for locomotion. They push the blood out to extend legs and suck it back in to contract legs. Itā€™s why when a spider died it crunches up into a ball.

So, because bugs have an open circulatory system, cordyceps has an easier time doing its thing.
