I know an game with metamoprphosis but its an dark fantasy game with most cursed stuff. Its called dawn of magic 2. Its with whatever you choose you will lose your hands regardless and half of legs missing with larvaes coming out as legs, and haviny wings in behind but you basically become an living scarecrow with no hands and feet. Neutral can do all side missions but its an sandbox mode with no ending. Evil alligment flips on whos friend or foe is. Demons dont attack you but this time Angels and other holy beasts attack you on sight. And doing evil campaing to destroy the world

way i did it was i took a car on the interstate during a stunt run event, which significantly reduces the amount of traffic, and just drove laps in oncoming until i hit 20
