I am founded out that there is no such thing as "providing free/cheaper healthcare for sake of humanity/morals". At the end of the day medical equipment are very expensive, doctors are expensive, educating them is expensive and lastly the medicine production and choice of which medicines being given us heavly moderated to benefit the person in charge. So thing is, they give free/cheaper healthcare because they aleady own/control everything that money flows from elsewhere from else reason. (It sounded political but i wanted to express harsh truth i tried to avoid, the only big upside of turkeys super cheap medicines and goverment paying medical bills for you)
There is no way an country with 0 doctors 100 years ago becomes center of visiting dentists and importing medicines today without some business going behind curtains.
Some countries like india or iran have 100% freedom of producing/selling medicines without an monopoly of one brand controlling all of them. For better or worse.
I am just analyzing medical business on how it functions. I didn't tried to do politics.
