Back on the topic of the alchemy maps. They're a fundamental part of Potion Craft's gameplay.

That bottle in the middle is what you're trying to steer about to get to the effects you want.

For example, you're making a healing potion. You'd want your potion to go right to there and be as aligned as possible.

Problem-

None of them go DIRECTLY there. That's the puzzle part of Potion Craft. Trying to find a good mix of ingredients to get there while hopefully not using too many in the process.

You ARE trying to make moneys in this game.

It's fun trying to find the best way to actually get there.

For starters, it's smaller than the Water map.

Secondly, while there are less bone walls (bone walls weaken your potion and can potentially make it fail, making you start over), they're in much larger clumps.

Gimmick two: Healing patches. Parking your potion on them will quickly restore its health. Why is that important?

Gimmick three: Your potion's ability to heal from damage is HEAVILY nerfed.

You'll have to rely on those healing patches if you want to keep your potion from failing.

Fun fact: Bombardier beetles don’t just have an acidic spray, it’s also boiling hot. When it sprays, it’s more of an explosion, kinda like when you need to go to the toilet really bad and the diarrhea erupts out. The bombardier also has to pulsate its rear-end 500 times a second during the spraying to prevent itself from boiling itself from its own butthole. To imagine this, just think about dumping hundreds of shot-glass worth of water in seconds to douse a flame out. That’s how Bombardier beetle do.
