Darktide is an game that confuses me. It went from "i absolutely stick close to friends to dont get pinned down" to havoc people soloing the whole match themselves with mastering movement and melee too much

I am not malnourished dont worry. I eat it til become full. I replaced meat from breakfast and replaced snacks with veggies only. Lets say diet is expensive to eat variety of food daily when its impossible with this grocery prices

What i mean by strict is i completely stop eating after i eat enough. You know sometimes you eat enough but my brain tells to eat more for the taste. So this desire to eat more slowly start to become more visible from 2 months of diet

Good thing is i am no longer get sugar crisis or eat too much chocolate

Make sure you are eating well though since meat has stuff you do need so its not something you can entirely omit unless you replace it with an appropriate alternative and stuff.

Hmm... i eat one plate, eat same thing everyday, my entire source of weigh from snacks of chocolate. Replaced with veggies and 5.30 kilos weigh gone in one month
