And water cooling doesn’t mean normal water cooling, no no no. They generate so much heat they use evaporative cooling with giant cooling towers instead of radiators as recirculating waterthru radiators is less effective

So AI data centers do use UP that much water

Then you don't need to do something differently than non stick.
If you're really afraid, put some fat in the pan and let it heat up before putting your patties, but if you're introducing said patties at the correct temp you shouldn't have issues
