You get a lot of benefits and some unexpected downefits. Radiation is my weapon. Food and water is no longer a problem. Have to keep my feral meter full or I go bad shit insane. Either way, I could be a scary melee ghoul or stick to being my Halo 2 Jackal Sniper Ghoul build.
