I've discovered a funny piece of janktech in Abiotic Factor.

Normally when you're holding a shield, it overwrites the ability to use a weapon's secondary ability with the ability to block.

If you press T to look at your wristwatch it temporarily puts the shield away, which means you can then use your weapon's secondary ability.

Examples being throwing spears, heavy attacks with blunt weapons or aiming with guns.

My currentish build for PD2 (I haven't played in 2 years though) is Armourer tree all the way to Improved Combat, Saw perks, Engineer rifle perks (The one that gives you 30% AP and 90% headshot damage anywhere) and Kingpin. I basically just stand out in the middle of a bunch of enemis and just keep popping the autoinjector, They target me and my squishy teammates can hide behind me so they don't get attacked while doing the objective.
