I came across a bug that makes the game think you’re in a team, while also thinking at the same time that you’re not. So you have the option to disband the team and when it finishes loading after you have selected yes, you still have the option to disband, you also cannot join or invite anyone and whenever you load up the game it says that the multiplayer session has ended which basically limits you to solo missions. Deleting the game and changing the clock doesn’t fix the bug aswell

Hello, is someone else having problems on PC with Key inputs? For instance i walk forward i release my key but i keep walking in game for maybe 1.5 seconds. Or when i jump it has a delay of maybe 2 seconds. can someone tell me if this i my problem or a allready known bug.

I encountered something strange with the assignment terminal/space rig after freshly reinstalling the game. Both of the weekly assignments as well as the seasonal event assignment were greyed out/missing and none of the seasonal event decor was present at all in the space rig. Reloading the space rig didnt fix it but once I did a mission, everything was as it should be.

When my system crashed both times, all three of my screens turned brown

No actual visible bluescreen, no visible error code

If the crash happens randomly and I can't identify a trigger or a cause, then how can I be sure that I've fixed the problem?

any linux miners been dealing with crashes caused by septic spreaders?
i crash every time i get hit by their goop, am too close to their goop, or see too much of their goop on my screen at once
usually i can just restart the game & rejoin the mission if i have too close an encounter with one, but it makes solo missions a gamble on losing all time & progress, sometimes they spawn so often that i just immediately crash again when i load back in, & sometimes the crash is so bad that i end up having to restart my computer
i found a mod that makes the goop invisible & has been allowing me to play without issue, but a dependency for that mod is broken from today's update & now crashes the game on startup
unfortunately the thread someone else made on pleasefix didn't get enough reproductions & was closed

You can get soft locked on solo industrial sabotage if you get knocked on top the machine as its spinning at a faster speed. Because Bosco’s speed is just perfect, when he goes and tries to revive, the machine is spinning at the exact same pace, so you can never get revived and stay knocked permanently

A friend of mine is having trouble connecting to us in Microsoft/Xbox DRG. He can't invite us, and when we try to invite him, it sticks him in an infinite "joining" screen. He has tried changing his NAT type, playing on both PC Windows and Xbox, making an public password protected game, making a public game, getting invited through a third party, getting invited from the title screen, getting invited from the home Xbox screen, joining the same public game, everything. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Anyone else notice that, on xbox for me, during the on site refining mission control always says the line about the pumpjacks running at full capacity right after you connect them and them again after you turn them on I think it's accidently saying the line too early

Just played a mission that ended with me being stuck in a room on a space rig with weird camera. THen game crashed. when i reloged i was lacking the rewards for mission, including overclock from second forth summer mission, as well the xp and battlepass xp

The Rockpox Corruptor's "Subterranean Tendrils" (AKA spike attack) has its damage hitboxes shown. The lines that show the hitboxes in the picture are very hard to see and you have to look really hard to see them.

Some answer on Reddit said to toggle vsync? While others said to reinstall, which makes no sense in our case because we tried it on both Microsoft PC versions and Xbox and he still can't connect to us.

The vsync one doesn't really make sense to me either, I fail to see how it's relevant, but the answers I find anywhere are all the same and I was hoping to find some different ones here

So, me and my friend (who is new to the game) were playing some Liquid Morkite extraction (haz 2 since he's new), when suddenly, a Glyphid Menace appeared, and then the weird stuff started happening. For some reason we were clipping through the pipes, and even our base, and all non-melee damage was 0 (so when we used our flamethrowers, both of us were drillers, or our Subatas, we did no damage to the bugs, or at least, their health bar didn't change). And all the projectile enemies were doing their attack animations, but no projectiles came out (including the Menace). The only damage that us and the bugs could take was melee, and explosive damage. So we had to drill our way through the hordes (also some C4 action). And I could understand if this was just shitty wifi problem, or connection thing, but the most weird thing happened when we finally drilled the Menace to death. As soon as it died, all that was wrong fixed, we could finally deal damage with our guns and take damage from spitters (as well as we stopped clipping through the base).

In my 200+ hours of playing this game I have never experienced anything like this. What even was that Glitch? If anyone knows please tell me, as I am very interested and intrigued.

(The server was Vanilla, no mods, and we were playing in Sandblasted Corridors.)

I'm suffering from a ton of frequent crashes right now too. I've made sure my gpu, chipset, and audio drivers are fully up to date. It's worse when Discord is being used but still crashes when it's completely stopped (not just minimized to systray). I usually play multiplayer, solo play rarely. And I'm usually a client to someone else's host though it crashes the same when I host too. When I rejoin as a client, I have client desync issues like not seeing player-modified terrain, seeing ore veins that players have already cleared etc. I've tried all DX versions and safe mode. I've reported every crash but I really don't know what else to try at this point. Are the devs aware and working on it? If so, I'm content to just muddle through til they patch.

Are there any people that could help me figure out an issue my friend is having with joining us? We're all on Microsoft based cross-compatible versions, trying both Xbox and Microsoft PC versions respectively. I don't want to come off as spammy so I'm trying to limit myself to around 2 attempts at a response per day. I've used the following methods:

• changing his NAT type
• making a public password protected game
• making a public game
• getting invited through a third party
• getting invited from the title screen
• getting invited from the home Xbox screen
• joining the same public game
• fresh reinstall
• opening a party on Xbox and inviting through that
• spam inviting
• being invited by him
• changing MY NAT type (still gotta test this yet tonight, but I don't have a ton of confidence in it.)
• syncing time-zones

I don't know what else to do at this point and I feel like I've tried everything, including the solutions I was able to find in the search bar and pinned FAQ/other pinned comments. Also he's on college/university WiFi, and I've considered it being a network issue other than the fact that all of his other games work fine for him. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It's probably because the game was built for Steam and the Microsoft versions just have problems here and there, but I'm just so bewildered by the fact that all of his other multiplayer games function and yet we find one that we really like and somehow it just doesn't want to work.

yeah university networks are less inclined to allow peer-to-peer. It's either a double-NAT or CGNAT issue, which makes sense as it being a university network.
Did your friend disable IPv6? It's needed because XBox Live uses Teredo (IPv6 encapsulated through IPv4) to get around CGNATs.
That said, however, as Teredo is considered a security risk (it subverts firewalls), it might as well be blocked.

As you can see the gunner reached level 25 while I'm not near level 25 my self yet but I'm hearing the audio from mission control. Also to clarify I've had this issue for a while now but kind of forgot about it until now. So I have no idea what caused this and couldn't recreate it if I tried, but randomly in the middle of a mission I stopped getting attacked. Essentially the bugs started acting the way that they do when getting revived by Bosco (They start backing away and just watching while you get revived, bar ranged attackers that continue to shoot). I didn't get downed, they just started doing that, I haven't taken any damage since because they just run away from me.

Your issues likely wont be fixed too much by those mods. Its primarily a hardware issue (im suprised drg doesnt crash with those specs in all honesty). The best fix is to upgrade obviously but past that your kinda up the creek without a paddle

I think the steam servers are buggered atm. still having a similar issue where i can't join half the servers but that's been going on since the anniversary update.

I was gonna post a screenshot of the last game i was in where the terrain wasn't updated. had a pipeline going through like 20 foot of rock that i could phase through into the void.

Okay idk if it is a bug, but the problem is that I cant join my friends missions. I cant find an explanation anywhere so that's why I am posting it here.
I opened the game for the first time and just pressed continue and got launched in a pod to the planet. I stepped out and got scared so I step back in the pod. The pod got launched back with me in it and just despawned, so I fell and died. I respawned in the mother ship idk what it is called selected a new character and started I think the first/tutorial mission. I completed it (took a while with no instructions) So that is where I am now. And whenever I try to join my friend it loads and gives the error: The server you are trying to join is on another version. Try updating your game.
I have tried: 1. deleting the game and cloud saves twice 2. running it on the other version options on steam. 3. checking for the integrity of the game files
I am out of ideas :(

I recently bought pc gamepass and downloaded DRG through the microsoft store about 4 days ago. When I booted up DRG I play some solo for a little bit and that worked great. it's when I tried to play the multiplayer I started to experience issues. For starters, I cannot invite anyone into my game or join anyone. Whenever I attempt to join my friends or any other random server I get stuck in an infinite loading screen. I can't invite anyone either because the Xbox pc invite overlay won't come up when I press c. I've been seeing a voiceline bug in the liquid morkite missions.

When the last pumpjack is connected, mission control will play the voiceline of the refinery operating, followed by the line about the last pumpjack getting connected.

I dont have permission to report a bug. Idk if it should be a bug but it happens on liquid morkite extraction. Right after i installed every pipe to the pumpjacks, missiom control says "The liquid Morkite is being extracted..." then "Pumps has been connected to the pumpjacks, head over to the refinery to start pump sequence". Im pretty sure the first dialogue is supposed to trigger after starting the pump sequence. When i start the pump sequence, it says the same line again. So "The liquid morkite is being extracted..." dialogue is repeated. Not a game breaking bug it kinda annoyed me that that dialogue is repeated. Ruins my immersion.

Is there anything I or my friends can do to help R&D fix disconnect issues?
Me and my friends consistently have issues with getting desynced or disconnected from each other's games. Some days it's better, others we get desynced or disconnected 2 to 5 times a mission.
Each of us lives in different states, uses different internet providers, etc. and it happens when joining public lobbies too.
We don't have the same issue in any other games we play and each time we're in Discord with no interruption to our voice call.
One thing we've noticed is that the host can usually still receive inputs, chat messages, etc. but the person desyncing isn't seeing any updates. Ex. I'll type a "." in chat to see if/when I resync and my friends will see it on their end, but I can't see anything happening in game.

all files for game integrity are verified
i dont know whatsoftware could be considered non-essential or how to safely disable any non-essential software so i havent fiddled with that option much,

Copy/move the savefile somewhere else and then delete the one in the folder

I don't believe its related to to the steam disconnects as its been happening since anniversary, but anybody have an idea as to why my server isn't listed in the server browser without having a friend join on me? The game requres a friend to join me, and only then will it allow me to host the server as public, otherwise it stays as solo/friends only. I've gone through my settings, disabled all my mod and restarted to no avail. I had my friend check the server list for my server and it was not listed for them.

No clue what's causing this, nothing hardware wise has changed at all since and my mods are purely cosmetic so i wouldn't expect them to limit my server.

I recently built a new pc and I used the drive I have drg installed on. When I started drg, my save is way behind from when it was before.

I had that happen before, my save menu saved a seconday one and loaded me back onto an old one at some point. occasionally i load into the one at level 200 instead of the level 300.

check your save menu otherwise you might have to check the actual folders for it.

I play sometimes on a old laptop (i5, 16go, ssd, GTX 1050). And well, it's not optimal but it works (1920x1080 medium). But sometimes, of course, i have some little lag. Like always.

But after 1 year without playing DRG (booh on me!), now, sometimes, i have sound problem it sizzles and then stops altogether and then it comes back, and sometimes it goes away again. If there are people on screen or explosions, or depending on the biomes.

On the other hand, the PC sounds still work, I can be in voice, no worries. But it's really DRG that's "bugging" sonically. I've even reformatted my PC (which was starting to slow down) but it's no use.
So yes, the processor is at 100% all the time, but that's always been the case, even before, and I didn't have this problem.

I didn't see anything in the options, I tried some things but it's the same.

If you have a tip or two or an idea... Thanks 😉

How do I get permission to report a bug?

1- I can’t view the “you’ve been kicked” screen because it instantly takes me to a new server.
2- I died to rockpox, and when I was revived I had to deal with the screen effects for the rest of the mission.
