i think the body could use some more movement (especially side to side) and maybe doing the transition from the front view to the side for the blue strands with a mask instead of draw order would look smoother

Seconded, I think shifting the centre of the outfit to the left/right on the X parameters could help give it a little more movement to look like rotation, but other than that it looks great!
