I have made 5 roses in my background, and i want each of them to float in a figure-8 pattern of sorts.

On flower 1 (layer r1) I have used a flowerdeformer an a flower1 parameter to program the figure-8 movement

Now on layer r2, flower 2 i want to make a new param called flower2param.
Surely there is a shortcut so that i do not have to code each flower from scratch. I just want it to move in a figure 8 pattern the same exact way as i moved the other flower, but they are completely different art, so copying the flower1 art is not what i want.

sorry just getting back to this! I made a new project just for learning basics

I have successfully gotten the ladybug to move using a copy of the yellow bee deformer. Now when i slide the yellowBeeMove parameter both of them move. My last question is, is there any way to re-assign the 'copy of yellow bee deformer with deformer of position adjusting' to move on the ladyBugMove param?

yeah, just select the deformer, right click a keyform, and from the little dropdown menu that appears on the right click "change"

you need to right click the keyform on the yellowbee param

#

also, don't worry, just ask whatever questions you have :)

so right click on the word yellowBeeMove?

no, keyforms are the dots on a parameter

#

so if you right click one, you should see a little popup on the right
