Mouth parameter not closing

Hi! I'm trying to work on the mouth rig. I had to restart the mouth and now the mouth parameter won't close all the way. There is a mask that's glued to the bottom lip. Does anyone know what could be the cause?

have you weighted the glue? and you can reset the mesh by selecting it and going to modeling > edit form > revert to original
