Try exporting animation frames and then recombining in another software?
No, I just want to export it as a video and watch it
Which codec did you use for the video export? I'm guessing RLE + some kind of audio due to the .mov format. I think only webm using VP9 is the only codec that might have support for transparency.
It would be best to export out frames as mentioned above and use a different video software and export to a format that definitely supports transparency (like ProRes)
