I'm refining the blinking on the model I'm working on, and the shadows are not being covered by my inverse mask that I set. In terms of my clipping, I did clip the eye white shadows to the whites and have created eye masks,

So you are using an inverse mask on the eye whites?

You can't combine inverse clipping and regular clipping like that. If you are inverse clipping the eye white, you need to inverse clip the eye shadows

If you are clipping the eye shadows to the eye white, then you need to deform the eye white to not be visible

You can move the eye white to hide itself fully inside the shape of the upper eyelash when eyes are closed
