So I'm working on an update to my model and the updated texture for the torso has a lot missing to it when imported. It did not matter if I change the old texture or import a new one both get cutoff.
I did not change the size so the mesh is big enough and it is also ok in the texture atlas (last image is what it looks like in photoshop). When automatically re meshing it just goes to the new cutoff size

try switching from modelling view to model image view in your esh editor and meshing the part by hand.
