did some fixing and exported the ears c: , gotta figure out why one of the ears is weird
i would say the side pieces of the hair moves up a bit too far when the model looks up.
i also think the physics for them look a bit choppy. i would try keeping your physics in warp deformers and only keeping 1 deformer to one parameter.
i also think you could benefit turning the shaking influence down a bit!
