Hi I'm so sorry for another post but on Live2D Cubism (my version is 5.2.03), i want to copy/paste the tail from one outfit to another but every time I copy/paste it, it shrinks and becomes deformed, instead going to another warp deformer (in this case, the ears). it copies my parameters I set for the tail but they are also kind of messed up, does anyone know what to do? I've tried looking online but to no avail.. (also the toggles I've copied from one model to another, but they arent showing up in the physics settings page when I go to view it either) Some more of the art meshes do the shrinking and messed up warp deformer location when I copy/paste them as well, I want to know how to avoid it! (i'm new to rigging)

Mayb you should move the tail keyframes out of the ears? Or am I Not Unterstanding Right
Like or just move the tail into the tail deformer
(Apologies cause I’m bad at explaining) When I paste the tail from one rig to another, it automatically puts it into the ear warp deformer, I’ve moved it into the tail deformer but the art mesh doesn’t keep its original physics rig, and every keyframe I have to resize and move it again :(

I copy/paste it from the model into the new one, that’s what tutorials online said to do :(

Try to put it in without selecting anything, then drag it into the deformed


Still got put into the ear deformer :(
Did you just copy the art layer or did you copy the warp deformer it was in as well?

So I believe that when copy/pasting from one rig to another live2d utilizes the deformer ID to determine where layers should go
If you ensure you either copy/paste the entire hierarchy at once (meaning every deformer above the tail not just the one its inside) or you rename the IDs in the hierarchy in either file it should be fine
The ID is the circled part
You likely just have deformers with the same ID across both files
Generally its a good idea to ensure you properly label both the name + the ID for every layer and warp (the screenshot isnt named properly bc I made it real quick to test)
