the second by right click the psd to check the information
and the last one... if you are not the artist then trying to ask the artist[?]

ok, try to download Krita, and re-save the psd, as it came from Procreate it may have the issue of layer data, by re-saving it in krita [or csp] it should fix this and the weight of the file should reduce

I opened the file in ClipStudio clicked File -> Save as. I saved it as a photoshop document, which did make it smaller, but now Live2D says this.

you will have to make all layers normal
